In Recruitment, we are working with search and selection. We are focusing on the following roles:

  • Managers

By using our method, Re:3, we are combining business development and search, since we view every recruitment as an opportunity for business development for our clients. Only trained business consultants are in charge of projects. For every assignment, the business consultant sets up a specialist team consisting of Researchers and Analysts, specialising in making the right selection and through personal analysis ensure that the final candidates are the right ones.

1.      Reflection What are the objectives of the recruitment?

In the first stage, we conduct a business analysis based on interviews, business plans and strategies. We identify the business goals and changing needs of the client and identify the profile needed to implement these changes. We create the right profile with a clearly defined responsibility area and clearly defined goals – that will lead to increased results within one year. The analysis will be presented in a report, the Reflection report, that explicitly shows our conclusions regarding business goals, changing needs, responsibility areas, etc. The report will also include a summary of qualities, the person should hold in order to be able to fulfil the expectations of our client in regards to  improved business performance.
 
 

2.      Reaction Who can implement these changes?

In the next stage, our researchers start the process of identifying the right candidates. Afterwards, the business consultant conducts in-depth interviews according to our Re:3 tools with the selected candidates. Finally, a quality assurance is made by the analysts to ensure that the candidate is right for the position. Common denominators for all candidates, whom we recommend, are: business competence, proven track record on increased performance, qualities that matches the given corporate culture as well as energy and commitment.

 

3.      Results Contract with a driven and result-oriented person

In the third stage, the client meet the chosen candidates. Together with the business consultant, a decision is made about who is going to be offered the position. We are very clear in our recommendations about which candidates are most qualified to reach the results. However, our responsibility does not end there. The performance of the chosen candidate is evaluated after 3 months, and another quality control is conducted after one year in order to assure that the identified goals in the Reflection report have been fulfilled.
