The Retention Group is a business development organisation. Our organisation develops, expands and increases our clients' profitability with the aid of experienced business consultants. It is often evident that poor profitability within a company is due to a lack of business competence. Retention’s mission starts by performing a requirement analysis based on the Re:3 method. The Re:3 method is a method built upon a three stage process, especially developed by Retention. All of Retention’s products and services are set out according to the Re:3 method, and these stages are evident in all parts of our operation. Business goals in the short run Retention will be represented in all of the Nordic’s largest business hubs by 2012. This will result in Retention having a strong local presence in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.
